What are your hours?
The answer is our hours are flexible! We're here for you and we realize you have other committments: work, family, life! We may not be in the studio every day, but we are available for appointments on evenings and weekends. Call us anytime at 855.474.6861.
Where are you located?
Our studio is located in historic downtown Monroe Michigan at 47 South Monroe Street, Suite 101. We can meet here or anywhere via Zoom.
And many of our photo sessions are 'on-location', anywhere within an hour (or so) of our studio. We're always are looking to explore new places!
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all forms of payment: online thru the website by credit card (don't worry...your credit card transaction goes directly to our payment processing center and is not stored on our website!). Check, Money Order, and cash are also accepted.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
When you contract with us for photography or the Mirror Me Photo Booth, we request 25% to be paid as a Retainer. It is not refundable if the event is cancelled. The balance for the package is required to be paid 30 days before your event. No refund will be paid if the event is cancelled within 12 weeks of the event. (FYI...We have been very flexible in the COVID world!)
